This begins with our Year of Play campaign, which will help 10,000 children to overcome the negative mental and physical health effects of lockdown before the end of 2021. Joe Wicks - 'The Body Coach' Joe Wicks, one of the nation's most-loved names when it comes to physical activity, joined to us to talk about why he believes the SportInspired mission is crucial as the UK exits lockdown. Tony Bellew - former WBC Champion Former world boxing champion Tony 'Bomber' Bellew is a prime example of a man who grew up in difficult circumstances but used the power of sport and self belief to achieve his potential. He tuned in to take some questions from children we work with, and the results were everything we hoped for! Anita Asante - Team GB Olympian and Pro Footballer Anita Asante has her own powerful story of thriving through sport, and joined us to offer her thoughts on why physical activity is so important for children's development at a young age.
