Running Events - take on a 5K, 10K, half Marathon or Marathon and get fit at the same time as raising money

Cycling Events - take on a charity cycle challenge, whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced cyclist, there are cycle events to suit all abilities and senses of adventure.

Sponsored Walk - choose any distance, any terrain, any location, and you can do it as a personal challenge or as a group.  From two miles to the 3 Peaks Challenge, however you choose to walk, every penny you raise will help us support more children.

Swimming Events - there are lots of open water swimming events in the UK.  Don a wetsuit and swimming cap and head to a beautiful open water location to swim ½ mile, 1 mile, 2 miles, 5K or 10K.

Ultra Adventures - take the trip of a lifetime and raise money for SportInspired. Trek the Inca trails to Machu Picchu or take on Kilimanjaro!

Mud Runs and Obstacle Races - these combine running, obstacles and a lot of mud.  No matter what your ability, anyone can take part and have fun!
