SportInspired's exciting new campaign FitFun is designed to help children, young people and families stay active during these current challenging times.

We are running fun virtual PE lessons and activity sessions to support the children of key workers and vulnerable children still attending school. The live sessions are led by our brilliant sports coaches across the country and combine a variety of different sports.

Our school based sessions will:

  • Increase children’s competence in general physical activity by focusing on FUN

  • Incorporate a fun "Felix the Fox" mascot and break down activity in a way that SportInspired knows children respond well to

  • Include mental wellbeing sessions to help kids overcome the consequences of COVID-19.

Honestly the children loved it, they still keep talking about it and asking when is it happening again. Some of the boys that attended have real behaviour issues and I’ve never seen them 1 so excited but 2 listen to well to instructions.  Sinead Devlin P.E Coordinator, Manorfield Primary School.

The live FitFun school sessions will:

  • Increase physical activity levels
  • Improve happiness
  • Improve resilience
  • Increase levels of trust

Teacher Jamie from Colvestone Primary states:

"The videos are fantastic and really give a new dimension to what children and adults can be doing at home. These are also activities we can certainly do with our children while in school. It’s structured well, very easy to follow and fun for everyone involved."

In addition to the live fitness sessions, schools will have access to 10 online sport and non-sport fun-based activity sessions, these will include:

  • Resilience training
  • Five ways to mental wellbeing training (NHS model)
  • Nutrition training
  • Community connection
  • Family activities
