Health UP in LockDOWN 2.0 Challenge

In an effort to raise money for SportInspired, keep myself mentally balanced, physically active and hopefully inspire others to do the same, I’ve decided to embark on a simple challenge of 1) giving up the booze (apart from on my birthday!) and 2) exercising every day to achieve the NHS recommended 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity (or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity activity) a week between now and 2 December.

Get involved by COMMITTING, SHARING and DONATING:

1. Commit to the NHS recommended 150 minutes of moderate (or 75 mins of vigorous) exercise for at least one week. 
2. Share photos of your activity using #HealthUPinLockDOWN, nominate and tag 4 friends.
3. Donate £5 to SportInspired, to raise funds to help reach children in disadvantaged communities.

Use this to challenge your friends or colleagues to get more active.
