Since SportInspired's inception in 2008 we've made an incredible impact in the schools and local communities that we work in:

 

87,776 Children participated in our programmes
418 Programmes delivered in local communities
38 Communities impacted around the UK

 

 

7,705 Young leaders participated in training
700+ New after school sports clubs set up 
20,400 Volunteers involved in our programmes

 

Impact made after SportInspired programmes in 2018-2019:

 

78% Primary school children feel more confident
90% Young Leaders improved at least one skill

    here exists in Asturias, Northern Spain, in the middle of the Sierra del Aramo, a mountain whose road is barely marked on maps because it is a cattle road that was only recently paved. It is called Alto de l'Angliru, and has been used 8 times in La Vuelta (the Grand Cycling Tour of Spain) prompting Marzio Bruseghin, the Italian Rider to say "What's the point of riding up a mountain that it'd be quicker to go up on foot" Well, for Sportinspired of course, and Neale will be doing it in May!
