UBS & SportInspired - Helping children and communities to thrive since 2008 From 19th to 21st March, we returned to where our journey first began in Hackney to showcase our fantastic 10 year partnership with UBS and continue to positively impact children. The UBS Games 2019 saw over 700 children experience new sports and develop life-long skills. This year’s games were made possible with the help of 277 UBS volunteers who gave their time to help inspire children to be more active and to help 25 Young Leaders from Bridge Academy to increase their skills, qualifications and employability. Together, we delivered three days of fun, allowing primary school children to try new sports like boccia, badminton, street dance, volleyball and karate. UBS went above and beyond and helped us raise over £500 during the games! With the help of the money raised and their continued support, we will be setting up sports clubs at each of the schools that attended the games. Thank you to our dedicated UBS volunteers for being committed to social change and helping young people and communities achieve great things. 10 years and still going strong!
