Our programmes cultivate those that are confident and embolden those that are shy, whilst allowing them to give back to the community. We are committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, we train “Young Leaders” in secondary schools in employability and leadership skills and give them responsibility and opportunity to put their skills to practice by running our festivals.
